摘要
在《普通高等学校学生心理健康教育课程教学基本要求》的主要教学内容中,"大学生心理困惑及异常心理"等6章内容将重点放在心理问题的解决上,对积极心理品质的培养和心理潜能开发重视不足;也缺乏增进幸福感的相应章节;还与高校公共必修课程《大学生职业生涯规划和就业指导》存在内容上的重复。高校心理健康教育课程需要彻底抛弃传统的病理学取向,广泛吸收近年来积极心理学的研究成果,建立积极的心理健康教育课程体系。
Among the Basic Requirements of College Students' Mental Health Education Curriculum Instruction, there are six chapters focusing on how to solve mental problems of college students, but paying not enough attention to the development and cultivation of positive mental quality. Meanwhile the Basic Requirements lacks a chapter of happiness. College Students' Mental Health Education Course needs to abandon the tradition mode of "treating disease" completely, absorbing the findings of positive psychology, and building a positive mental health education curriculum system.
