摘要
通过系列实验优选了用邻菲罗啉分光光度法间接测定溶液中亚硫酸根离子含量的显色反应体系,建立了标准工作曲线。通过实验研究确定了溶液中高含量锰离子对该法无明显影响,并且利用该方法成功测定了含锰废水水样中亚硫酸的量。
Through a series of experiments, this paper optimizes the reaction system for determining the sulfurous acid root in wastewater by o-phenanthroline spectrophotometric method, and establishes the standard working curve. In this paper, the re- search ensures that the high content of manganese ions in the solution has no obvious influence on the law, and the content of sulfurous acid root in wastewater containing manganese ions is successfully measured by this method.
