Cooperation Among Anesthesia Nurses, Anesthesia Doctors and Operation Room Nurses during the Operation of Liver Transplantation

目的总结麻醉专科护士在肝移植手术中,与手术室护士和麻醉医生的三方配合。方法由麻醉专科护士准备肝移植手术所需要的各种仪器、设备和各类麻醉所需的药品,做好麻醉期间的输血、输液的配合,监测各项化验指标,协助麻醉医生术中麻醉监测和麻醉记录。结果在麻醉医生、手术室护士和麻醉专科护士的密切配合下,为外科手术医师顺利完成肝移植手术提供了保障。结论肝移植手术中,麻醉专科护士的协助参与,及与麻醉医师、手术室护士的密切配合是提高肝移植手术成功率的重要环节之一。

Objective To summarize the experience of anesthesia nurses during operation for liver transplant when cooperated with anesthesiologist and circulating nurses. Methods It is the responsibility of anesthesia nurses to prepare all kinds of instruments and equipments that related to liver transplant, cooperate with blood transfusion and infusion during anesthesia, detect all kinds of biochemical indicators, help anesthesiologist to do intraoperative monitoring and record the data. Result Under the intimate cooperation with anesthesiologist and circulating nurses, anesthesia nurses provided safe security for surgeons who did the operation for liver transplant. Conclusion During the operation for liver transplant, the participation of anesthesia nurses, and cooperattion with anesthesiologist and circulating nurses was one of the most important links that improve success ratio of liver transplant.
