摘要
食堂是高校后勤的重要组成部分,是师生餐饮的主要场所。在食堂社会化改革进程中,广东轻工职业技术学院创造性地建设多功能文化食堂,不仅更好地满足师生的餐饮需求,而且挖掘发挥出食堂的多重文化功能。建设多功能文化食堂,需要大力推进机制变革,建立健全食堂的经营机制、准入机制、竞争机制、激励机制和保障机制,达到多功能文化食堂科学发展的实践成效。
The dining room is the important constituent of the university rear-service , which provides the eatables and drinkables to the teacher and student .In advancement of socializing the dining room , Guangdong Industry Technical College constructs the multifunctional and cultural dining room , which not only meets teachers'and students'dining need , but also displays the multiple cultural functions .Constructing the multifunctional and cultural dining room needs to advance the mechanism transformation vigorously , including the management mechanism、the admittance mechanism、the competitive mechanism、the incentive mechanism and the guarantee mechanism , in order to scientific development effect of the multifunctional and cultural dining room forward .
