Influence Factors and Countermeasures of Business English Talents Cultivation Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

依据基于社会需求与人才培养质量的相关调查资料,对高职商务英语人才的就业情况进行分析,找出影响高职商务英语人才培养质量的因素并提出相关对策与建议,更好地提高人才培养质量,满足社会需求,为区域经济发展做贡献。

Based on the survey of social demands and talents cultivation quality, an analysis is made about em- ployment situation of Business English talents in higher vocational colleges to find out the influence factors of Busi- ness English talents cultivation quality in higher vocational colleges. Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are also put forward. It is hoped that they are beneficial to the cultivation of talents to meet social demands and contribute to the development of regional economy.
