以深化校企合作提升高职教师实践能力——以苏州工业职业技术学院为例

Deepen cooperation with enterprises,enhance the ability of higher vocational teachers' practice: to take suzhou institute of industrial technology as an example

培养学生的实践能力是高职院校人才培养目标的重要内容,教师的实践能力是人才培养的关键。通过分析目前高职教师实践能力的现状,借鉴国外职业教育的成功经验,结合苏州工业职业技术学院深化校企合作的实践,提出提升教师实践能力的途径。

Developing students＇ practical ability is an important part of personnel training. And the teacher＇s practical ability is the key to personnel training. This paper analyzes the current situation of vocational teachers practical ability, learning the successful experience of foreign vocational education, combined with our hospital to deepen practical cooperation between schools and enterprises, proposed ways to enhance teachers＇ practical ability.
