配加红土镍矿生产钒钛烧结矿实践

摘要 钢铁行业遭遇大面积亏损的困难局面,降低产品成本已经成为企业生存的必要手段。介绍了承钢1#烧结机配加红土镍矿降低烧结成本的生产实践。红土镍矿入厂后与球团返矿进行预混合,消除其水分含量高,不易混匀的特性;通过烧结杯实验,了解钒钛铁精粉与混合镍粉的烧结特性,确定现场生产的最佳原料结构,并在1#烧结机进行现场生产实践。烧结过程进展顺利,烧结矿质量指标基本平稳,烧结固体燃料消耗略有增加,烧结矿成本有所降低。 Facing to the difficult situation of all-round financial loss,to reduce cost has become a necessary way to survive for an iron and steel business. It is introduced the production practice to proportion nickel-bearing laterite in 1# sintering machine to reduce sintering cost: at first the laterite is mixed with pellet return fines to eliminate its shortcoming of too much moisture and not being mixing,and then the sintering pot test is carried out to determine the sintering characteristics of mixed fine vanadium-titanium iron powder and nickel powder,and the best raw materials structure for site production. The sintering procedure runs smoothly,the quality indexes basically steady,the solid fuel consumption a little increased,the sinter cost reduced.
