美标系列线材的开发实践

摘要 研究了碳、硅、锰元素含量对钢材性能的影响,制定了严格的内控成分范围,保证了产品性能的稳定性。利用全程保护浇铸、LF精炼、结晶器电磁搅拌(M-EMS)、稳定拉速等先进控制手段进行铸坯生产,降低了钢中气体含量、夹杂物,提高了铸坯低倍质量。采用控轧控冷技术,保证了产品的性能及组织均匀,成功开发出了满足客户使用要求的美标系列产品。 It is researched the influence of contents of carbon,silicon and manganese on properties of steels, the strict inner-controlled composition range is settled out,and so the stability of products quality is guaranteed. Advanced control means such as full protection casting,LF refining,mold electromagnetic stirring( M-EMS),stabilizing casting speed are used in billet casting,the air content,inclusion in steel are reduced, the macrostructure quality of billet improved. With controlled-rolling and controlled-cooling technique adopted to guarantee the properties and homogenous structure,the wire products of American standard series to meet requirements of customers are developed.
