摘要
研究了某A钢厂汽车用钢DC06点焊疲劳强度偏低原因。通过对比分析不同钢厂DC06基材的化学成分、工艺性能、析出物、点焊结构、点焊热影响区显微组织,发现A钢厂点焊疲劳强度偏低原因可能是钢水纯净度偏低、点焊热影响区晶粒尺寸偏大。提出了提高钢水纯净度、优化热轧工艺、细化组织等生产工艺改进措施以提高其焊接热影响区疲劳强度。
It is researched the reason for fatigue strength being too low in dot welding of automobile steel DC06 in A steel plant. Through contrast and analysis in chemical composition,process properties,precipitation,dot welding structure,micro structure in dot welding affecting zone for the DC06 base material come from different steel plant,it is discovered that the reason is possibly molten steel purity being too low,or particle size in dot welding affecting zone being too large. The measures to raise molten steel purity,optimize hot rolling process and fine structure are proposed out to improve the fatigue strength.
