摘要
采用有限元和三维参数化设计方法,对XGK1400不锈钢冷轧机的机架展开静力分析和模态分析,研究机架的应力和应变分布情况,以及各阶模态振型特点并进行了结构优化。冷轧机的各阶固有频率得以提高,静态特性也得到改善,避免了工频造成的振动误差,有利于提高精密带材的质量。
With finite element method and three-dimension parameters design,the static and modality analysis are conducted for the stands of XGK1400 stainless cold rolling mill,the stress and strain distribution of various stands studied as well as the vibration-type characteristics of each order modality,the structure optimized. The each order natural frequency of cold rolling mill is raised,its static characteristics improved,vibration error caused by power frequency change avoided,and that is favorable to improvement of quality of high-precision strip steel.
