摘要
针对含盐废水处理过程中存在着能耗高、新产品不能很好分离且处理后仍不达标问题,河北远大动物药业有限公司提出了采用逆流加料多效蒸发的工艺措施。实施后既保证了正常生产、节约了蒸汽和水资源,又实现了循环经济,降低了环保风险,并取得了可观的经济效益。
To solve the problems in treatment of salt-bearing waster water： high energy consumption,new products can not be well separated off and meet the standard even if treated,the countercurrent charge multi-effect evaporation is adopted. After that the normal production is guaranteed,vapor and water are saved, the circular economy realized,environment danger reduced,obvious economic profit got.
