摘要
首先描述上海工业企业通过诸如资本结构等５个方面的变化建立了现代企业制度，并从例如新型产业结构等５个方面来考察接着实施的创新和发展。继之列举了体现以上两部分成果的总量指标，并提出了今后的目标。最后，指出了有待解决的尚存在的问题。
The establishment of modern enterprise system in industrial enterprises in Shanghai is described, which is realized through the changes in five aspects, including capital structure etc.. And the innovation and development following the establishment of modern enterprise system are observed and examined in five major areas, such as the new types of industrial structure. The general indices displaying the achievements in the above two sections are listed, and the future targets presented. Finally, the existing problems are pointed out and analyzed.
