摘要
在参考欧洲质量奖评估模型的基础上，建立了上海企业质量管理评价模型，设计了１０项指标计 １１７个子项的调查表。共调查了上海 １９４家各类型企业。在调查的 １０项指标中，“质量领导”的得分最高，“职工参与”得分最低。在调查分析的基础上，提出了ＺＩ世纪上海企业质量管理发展战略的构想。
The quality management assessment model of enterprises in Shanghai was established on the basis of European quality assessment model. A questionaire was designed including ten indicators with 117 subitems. In total 194 enterprises had been surveyed. Out of the ten indicators, 'leadership of quality' achieves the top score while 'employee participation' gets the lowest score. Based on the analysis of the data collected, the development strategies of quality management of enterprises in Shanghai in the 21st century are put forward.
