On Intellectual Capital Evaluation

知识经济时代，知识向资本的转化，直接导致“知识资本”作为一种新型的资本形态出现，构成了企业的“战略资产”和“核心能力”。以系统工程和层次分析理论为指导，构建知识资本的指标体系与评价模型，以期为衡量评价企业的知识资本乃至核心能力提供思路。

In the era of knowledge-based economy, the capitalization of knowledge leads to the formation of 'intellectual capital' which conztitutes 'strategic assets' and 'core competence' of enterprises. This thesis, based on SE and AHP approach, forms the index system and evaluation model of intellectual capital and provides some new thinking to evaluating intellectual capital and even core competence of enterprise.
