膀胱过度活动症动物模型的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 膀胱过度活动症（OAB）是国际尿控协会定义的基于临床症状的诊断,是一种以尿急症状为特征的症候群,常伴有尿频和夜尿症状,可伴或不伴有急迫性尿失禁（urge urinary incontinence,UUI）;部分患者存在尿动力学检查证实的逼尿肌过度活动（detrusor overactivity,DO）,也可为其他形式的尿道-膀胱功能障碍.尿动力学检查观察到DO是一种充盈期非自主性收缩,可为自发或诱发后出现[1].在膀胱测压上可以看到,OAB患者常常有逼尿肌自发性收缩,但必须强调的是这两个术语不能等同.
