嵌入式系统在电机能耗实时监测中的应用研究

摘要 针对电机能耗难以实时监测的问题,本文提出了一种采用嵌入式系统的电机能耗实时监测方法。基于电机能耗特性的最新研究成果,通过测量电机主轴实时功率,结合电机主传动系统的功率平衡方程和附加载荷损耗特性估计出旋转做功功率,从而实时监测电机能耗状态。本系统实现了同时对电流电压通道以及一个用于标记状态的数字通道进行同步数据采集。
