The power grid construction is a commonweal undertaking benefiting the nation and the people. However, in recent years, at the same time of that the electric power construction is in full swing, the phenomena that the engineering construction is severely hindered occur frequently because the land compensation caused by the newly-built and rebuilt power supply facilities cannot be agreed. This paper introduces in detail the countermeasures adopted by Xinzhou Power Supply Branch for solving this problem.
