摘要
通过对脱硫吸收塔内部结构进行改进(喷淋支管加装防堵喷口、抬高安装坡度,在喷淋支管下部加装支撑梁),提高了喷淋层的稳定性,减少了喷淋管积浆、堵塞的几率,提高了喷淋效率,降低了脱硫电耗。
The modification of the internal structure of desulfurizing absorption tower (adding a blockage-preventing nozzle on spray pipe, raising installation slope, and adding supporting beam, and adding a support beam at the bottom of the spray pipe) improves the stability of the spray layer, reduces the probability of plasma deposition and stoppage of the spray pipe, increases the spray efficiency, and lowers the power consumption for desulphufization.
