摘要 针对北山煤业有限公司矿井机械化升级改造,采掘工艺由炮采炮掘变为综采综掘,原有通风系统已经不能满足安全生产的需要,为了提高矿井的安全性并满足生产实际的需要,根据《煤矿安全规程》第128条规定,提出了双风机双电源自动切换技术。实践证明,双风机双电源自动切换技术在瓦斯浓度保持在0.3%以下时,可达到规定要求,并降低了通风故障率,杜绝了无计划停风现象。 In the light of the mechanized transformation and upgrade of the coal mine of Beishan Coal Co., LTD., the mining technology has changed from the blasting mining into full-mechanize mining, and the original ventilation system can't satisfy the need of safe production. In order to improve the safety of the mine and meet the needs of actual production, the double fan, double power-supply, automatic switch and automatic converter technology was put forward based on the provisions of Article 128 of 〈Coal Mine Safety Regulation〉. The practice proves that the application of this technology can meet the requirements of the 〈Coal Mine Safety Regulation 〉 when the gas concentration remains below 0.3%, and reduce the ventilation failure rate, and completely eradicate the phenomenon of unplanned ventilation stopping
