浅析热固性氟碳粉末涂料在应用中常见问题与对策

A Brief Analysis of the Application Problems and Countermeasures of the Thermoset Fluorocarbon Powder Coatings

热固性氟碳粉末涂料是粉末涂料行业的新兴品种,国内在树脂开发、配方设计、施工应用等方面存在很多亟待解决和需要提高的地方。针对热固性氟碳粉末涂料开发过程中易出现的问题,如涂膜外观不平整、机械性能差、涂膜高温黄变、耐候性等问题,进行分析探讨,指出解决和避免这些问题出现的深层次原因与机理。

Thermo set fluorocarbon powder coating is a new product in powder coating industry. There are many areas that need to be improve in domestic, including resin R＆D, designing formula, application process and etc. In this paper, the common problems of the thermoset fluorocarbon powder coating were analyzed and discussed, sueh as coating film uneven appearance, poor mechanical properties, high- yellowing, weather resistanee, ete., and the deep seated causes and meehanisms were proposed to solve these problems.
