摘要
以某1000 MW直接空冷机组为研究对象,分析了锅炉给水泵3种典型驱动方式的技术特点,重点研究了汽轮机同轴驱动给水泵方案的经济性。研究表明:汽轮机同轴驱动给水泵方案有较好的经济性,与电泵和汽泵方案相比,其供电煤耗分别降低1.48 g/kWh和0.50 g/kWh,节能效果显著。
Based on 1000MW air-cooled power plants, technical characteristics of three kinds of typical drive modes are analyzed for boiler feed-water pumps, and focused on economic analysis of feed-water pumps coaxially driven by turbines. Researches show that the feed-water pumps coaxially driven by turbines stands out economically. Compared with the electric and steam-driven feed water pump configurations, the net coal consumption rate of coaxial drive configuration decreases by 1.48g/kWh and 0.50g/kWh, respectively. Energy-saving is remarkable.
