摘要 提出并实现基于DSP的DCS一体化火电机组在线性能计算系统。完成了系统设计,系统硬件的搭建与通信及性能计算程序的编制。DSP与DCS之间通过MOSBUS协议进行通信,获取相应测点数据后进行在线性能计算,并将计算结果返回到DCS系统中,用于监督或控制决策。以较低的成本解决了火电机组性能计算结果无法反馈到DCS系统中的问题,实现了性能计算模块与DCS的一体化。应用表明,该系统简单可靠,适于推广。且计算结果显示于操作员站,可直接指导运行,潜在经济效益明显。 A DSP-based online performance calculation system integrated with DCS for thermal power unit is proposed and realized in this paper. The design of the system, the building of the hardware and the composition of communication program and performance calculation program are accomplished. DSP communicates with DCS according to MODBUS protocol, obtaining the relevant measured data and calculate the performance of power unit with the data. Then the DSP returns the calculation results to the DCS for supervision or control. The problem of disability to return the results of performance calculation to DCS is solved with low price, and the integration between the power unit performance calculation program and DCS is achieved. The application shows that the system is reliable and the realization of it is simple. Thus the system is compatible for promotion. In addition, the results are seen on the operator station and can be used for guiding operation directly, which has obvious potential financial benefit.
