摘要
球状双封封堵器主要应用于油气管道的不停输维修工艺中,密封胶筒的性能直接影响了封堵器的封堵效果。应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件优选了封堵器胶筒端面斜角的几何参数,通过研究密封胶筒的端面斜角与胶筒与管壁接触压力之间的规律,确定出密封胶筒端面斜角的最优值。结果表明:在其他参数确定的情况下,胶筒与管道最大接触压力随着胶筒端面角度增大呈现出先增大后减小又增大的规律,得出端面角度的最优值为15°。
The spherical double blockages are mainly applied in non-stop transmission maintenance technology for Oil-Gas Pipelines and the performance of sealing rubber directly affects the plug-ging effect of the blockages.Based on the ABAQUS finite element analysis software to optimize the end face angle of the sealing rubber,by analyzing the end face angle,to determine the optimal size of the sealing rubber.This paper analyzes and concludes that in the case of other parameters are fixed,the contact pressure between sealing rubber and pipeline increases and then decreases, later increases and to one value,the optimum value of the end face’s angle is 15°.
