摘要 以工业氢氧化铝为原料,采用水热法制备低钠超细薄水铝石耐热阻燃剂。研究了温度、水热时间和对薄水铝石中氧化钠含量、晶粒大小、晶体形貌等的影响,开发了水热法制备阻燃剂用低钠超细薄水铝石工艺。制备的薄水铝石具有低钠、低吸油率、低电导率和较高的热分解温度,可用作耐热、绝缘的有机合成聚合物材料的阻燃填料。 Using industrial aluminum hydroxide as raw material, superfine boehmite with low sodium for heat - resistant flame retardant was prepared by hydrothermal process. The influence of temperature,hydrothermal time and seed crystal on sodium oxide content, grain size and grain morphology were studied, and the hydrothermal process to prepare super fine boehmite with low sodium used for heat - resistant flame retardant was developed. Boehmite prepared by the process had these characters such as low sodium content, low oil absorption rate, low electrical conductivity and higher thermal decomposition temperature, which could he used for heat - resistant, insulating flame retardant filler for organic synthetic polymer materials.
