摘要
本文对阳极焙烧炉废弃收尘粉的性质进行研究,研制新型阳极焙烧炉间隙式炭粉燃烧装置,开发燃烧装置粉料供给自动控制技术和炭粉燃烧工艺,实现将炭素生产过程中的废弃收尘粉在焙烧炉内燃烧,满足焙烧阳极工艺要求,达到节能降耗的目的。
After the property of the waste collecting powder of anode baking furnace was studied, the new gap combustion device of anode baking furnace was developed. The automatic control technology and the process of waste carbon power combustion were developed to make waste collecting powder burn in the anode baking furnace during anode baking, which met the process requirement of anode baking and could save energy and reduce consumption.
