摘要
利用x荧光仪分析铝及铝合金中的杂质含量,对测试条件的选择、标准曲线的绘制、基体效应的校正、方法准确度、精密度几个方面进行了研究。生产实践证明:用x荧光仪测定铝及铝合金中铁、硅、锰、锌、钛、镁六种元素含量的相对标准偏差(n=10)在0.09%-3.36%之间。x射线荧光光谱分析方法精密度高、准确度高、简便、快速,分析成本低,在铝工业中完全可以应用于实际分析,是分析检测发展的重要方向。
In this paper the contents of impurities in aluminum and its alloy are analyzed by X -ray fluorescence analyzer, and the selection of test conditions, the standard curve, the matrix effect correction, method accuracy and precision are studied. Production practice is proved that relative standard deviation ( n = 10) of the content of Fe, Si, Mn, Zn, Ti, Mg in aluminum and alloy is between 0.09% - 3.36% when determining by X - ray fluorescence spectrometer. The analyzing method with X - ray fluorescence spectroscopy has many advantages, such as high precision, high accuracy, simple, fast and low cost, which can be completely applied to analyzing mentioned above elements in aluminum industry and is an important direction for the development of analytical testing.
