摘要
针对目前铝板带加工厂所接订单大多为小批量、多规格的现状,首先分析了对铸锭进行合理分配的必要性,说明了传统铸锭分配系统的原理和不足,在此基础上设计出一种新型混合专家系统,并介绍了该系统的整体架构,系统设置和工作原理。实践证明,该系统稳定可靠,能应对多订单、多铸锭的复杂分配情况,且大大缩短了人工分配计算时间。此外,在程序设计时,原型法的应用增强了系统应对外部环境变化的能力,缩短了系统的在线适应期。
Based on the actuality that most of the orders received by manufacturers are the type of small batch and multiple specifications, the nessecity for ingot assignment and the defects of conventional system were analysed. On that basis, a new hybrid expert system has been designed. Then, the overall structure,configuration and working principle of this system are introduced. The result of on- line application indicates that this system give a quick response for complex situations and it is very reliable. Also, the time for calculating by expert is reduced by expert system. Furthermore, the capacity to respend is enhanced with the application of prototyping method, and the adaptation period of the system is reduced.
