Design of Tunnel Passing through Goaf while Under an Existing Tunnel

某隧道穿越采空区同时下穿既有公路隧道,采用探灌结合的方法处理采空区,避免采空区沉降影响线路运营安全;对下穿既有公路隧道处采取超前管棚、H175钢架和既有隧道加固等综合措施,确保下穿施工安全。本着科学、经济相结合的理念,在总结类似工程经验的基础上,辅以数值计算,设计出可靠的支护参数、施工方法,完成隧道穿越采空区设计、小净距下穿既有隧道设计。

A newly built tunnel passes through goal while under an existing tunnel. To avoid the impact of goaf settlement on the safety of tunnel operation, the goaf should be treated by grouting and probing. At the intersection point, the newly built tunnel shall be supported by pipe roof with H175 steel rib and strengthening measures for existing tunnel are essential to ensure the construction safety of underneath pass as well. Under the principle of combination of science and economy, on the basis of the experience of similar engineering work, with the help of numerical calculation, reliable support parameters and construction methods are designed to complete the tunnel construction through the goaf while under the existing tunnel in very small vertical clearance.
