摘要
对某厂跨座式单轨关节型五开道岔梁系统进行静载试验,测试道岔梁在弯曲与扭转工况下的应力与挠度大小,结合理论计算对数据进行了分析。根据相关数学公式对采集到的数据进行处理,获得单轨车辆运行时道岔梁的应力及变形。静载试验与理论计算表明,道岔梁系统强度、刚度和工作性能符合设计、使用要求以及相关标准规范要求。
Static load test on a factory's straddle-type monorail joint five open turnout beam system is done to test the stresses and deflection of turnout beam in bending and twisting conditions. Combined with theoretical computation, the collected data are processed according to relevant mathematical formula and the stresses and deformations of turnout beam system with the monorail vehicle on it are acquired. The static load tests and theoretical calculation shows that the strength, stiffness and performance of turnout beam system meet the design, use requirements and relevant standards.
