According to the structural form of the main bridge of concrete filled deck steel pipe arch bridge of Nanpanjiang River Bridge, the concrete-filled steel pipe adopts vacuum assisted one-time pressure jacking construction. The paper introduces the concrete in the pipe with vacuum assisted one-time grouting construction technology and control points of lifting to provide experiences for similar domestic vacuum assisted one-time pressure injection large-span steel pipe arch construction in the future.
