摘要 结合沪昆铁路客运专线野火芽隧道工程实例,针对浅埋软弱地层隧道施工,进行了围岩稳定性分析,提出关键施工技术原则,采取了优化浅埋段护拱结构,地表注浆、中管棚无硐室法超前支护、控制安全步距等技术工艺措施,并结合地质超前预报、监控量测资料,及时调整优化施工工艺和参数,顺利完成了隧道浅埋段的施工。 Combined with the example of Shanghai-Kunming passenger dedicated railway of Yehuoya tunnel, for the shallow soft ground tunnel construction, the surrounding rock stability is analyzed and the key construction technique principles are put forward. Technical measures including the optimization of arch structure in shallow buried section, surface grouting, advanced support of pipe roof without chamber method, security step control and combined with the geological prediction, monitoring data, timely adjustment and optimization of the construction process and parameters ensure the successful com- pletion of the tunnel construction in shallow buried section.
