歼击机飞行员疲劳及睡眠质量调查分析 被引量:11

Investigation of Fatigue Status and Sleep Quality for Fighter Pilots

摘要 目的对歼击机飞行员的疲劳状况和睡眠质量进行调查,为采取干预措施提供参考。方法采用疲劳评定量表(fatigue scale-14,FS-14)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsturgh sleep quality index,PSQI)对空军、海军某部歼击机飞行员的疲劳状况和睡眠质量进行调查分析。结果空军飞行员体力疲劳和疲劳总分明显高于海军飞行员(P<0.05,P<0.01);海军飞行员体力疲劳和疲劳总分明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);空军和海军飞行员的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠指数均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);空军飞行员睡眠药物明显高于海军飞行员(P<0.01);空军飞行员睡眠障碍异常比例明显高于海军飞行员(P<0.05)。结论空军歼击机飞行员疲劳程度较重、睡眠质量较差,需引起高度重视。 Objective To investigate fatigue status and sleep quality for fighter pilots,so as to provide evidence for appropriate interventions. Methods Fighter pilots in air force and navy were investigated with fatigue scale-14 and Pittsburgh sleep quality index. Results Physical fatigue and fatigue scores of pilots in air force were significantly higher than those of pilots in navy( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). Physical fatigue and fatigue scores of pilots in navy were lower than those in normal group( P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05). Subjective sleep quality,sleep latency,habitual sleep efficiency and sleep index of pilots in air force and navy were higher than those in the normal group( P〈0. 01). Use of sleep medication of pilots in air force were higher than that of pilots in navy( P〈0. 01). The proportion of abnormal sleep disturbance was higher than pilots in navy( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Fighter pilots in air force have severer fatigue and worse sleep quality,which should be highly valued.
