China-Russia Co-operation in Energy Resources:Present Conditions and Prospects

中俄能源合作已经起步 ,从勘探、研究到开发、管道铺设正逐步铺开。这一合作是双边的 ,但对外国公司开放。中俄能源合作前景广阔。它不仅有利于中俄两国 ,而且惠及输入油气的国家和参与合作的外国公司 ;有利于东北亚的繁荣 ,而且会促进地区的和平与稳定。

China-Russia co-operation in energy resources has been progressing gradually from exploring, studying and developing to pipeline laying. The co-operation is bilateral but open to other foreign enterprises as well. The co-operation holds a very bright future. It benefits not only China and Russia but also the foreign enterprises concerned. It will also bring about the prosperity of Northeast Asia as well as promote the regional peace and stability.
