4种作物对二点委夜蛾生长发育影响的研究 被引量:3

Studies on the effects of four kinds of crops on the growth and development of Athetis lepigone

摘要 在室内27℃恒温条件下,用小麦、大豆、花生、玉米4种作物的幼苗饲喂二点委夜蛾,观察和研究了4种作物对其生长发育的影响。结果表明,二点委夜蛾幼虫发育龄期,小麦、大豆、玉米3种作物饲喂,其幼虫只有6龄,而花生饲喂其幼虫有6、7、8龄;世代历期差异,花生饲喂最长,达44.8 d,小麦饲喂最短,为32.5 d;幼虫体重差异,末龄幼虫第2天体重以4、麦饲喂的最重,其次是大豆,玉米饲喂的体重最轻;蛹重差异,以小麦、大豆饲喂的最重,玉米饲喂的最轻:单雌成虫产卵量以饲喂小麦的产卵量最多,达262粒,其次是大豆,达243粒,玉米饲喂的最少,只有136粒:卵孵化率,以饲喂小麦的孵化率最高,达92%,其次是大豆,以花生最低,只有46%。雌成虫寿命,小麦、大豆为12.7 d,花生、玉米分别为11.7 d和11.4 d。 Growth and development of Athetis lepigone feed with seedlings of wheat, soybean, peanut and maize at the condition of 27 ~C indoor were observed and studied. The results showed that developmental age of A. lepigone larval feed with wheat, soybean and maize had only 6 instar ages, and the larval feed with peanut had 6,7,8 instar ages. Larvae gener- ation time of A. lepigone feed with peanut were the shortest of 32.5 days and that feed with wheat was the longest of 44.8 days. Larvae weight of A. lepigone feed with wheat at the 2nd day was heaviest, and the next was that feed with soybean, and that feed with maize was lightest. Pupal weight of A. lepigone feed with wheat and soybean were heaviest, and that with maize was lightest. Fecundity of female adult of A. lepigone feed with wheat reached 262, the next was that feed with soybean and reached 243, the least was that feed with maize and reached 136. Hatchability of A. lepigone feed with wheat was highest and reached 92%, and the next was that feed with soybean feeding, the lowest was that feed with peanut and reached 46%. Life of female adult of A. lepigon feed with wheat and soybean were 12.7 days, and that feed with peanut and maize were 11.7 days and 11.4 days, respectively.
