高龄股骨转子间骨折不同手术方法效果分析 被引量:7

摘要 股骨转子间骨折亦称股骨粗隆间骨折,是老年人常见性骨科损伤,约占全身骨折的1.4%[1].我国正进入老龄化社会,老年不稳定性股骨转子间骨折患者显著增加,且多见于骨质疏松的70岁以上高龄患者.该类患者长期卧床引起坠积性肺炎、褥疮、泌尿系感染等并发症较多,病死率在15%~20%[2].为降低病死率,改善关节功能,提高患者生活质量,医学工作者一直在不断努力着.随着现代骨科手术技术的发展,器械生物力学研究的不断深入,手术治疗已是国内外骨科界共识.目前治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的手术方法主要有髓外固定、髓内固定、人工关节置换等,创伤骨科医生认为髓内固定为治疗股骨转子间骨折的首选,关节骨科医生则主张应用人工关节置换治疗股骨转子间骨折.现就目前治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折手术方法的优缺点综述如下.
