First of all, the tourist resort are summarized, mainly summarizes the discussion of the definition of tourist resort from the view of scholars from home and abroad, Then, analyzes the background of Sunshine Peninsula Resort and design concept, sunshine peninsula resort has a superior geographical position, and the transportation is convenient, only 3 to 5 minutes away from Hefei Xinqiao airport and its with marina hydrological culture as the theme, ecological environmental protection as the concept and ＂neighbourhood area on many groups＂ as the design concept of spatial pattern; Moreover, this paper analyzes the functional partition of Sunshine Peninsula Resort. Finally summarizes the main features of the Sunshine Peninsula Resort, so as to provide certain reference value to the planning and design of the resort.
