摘要
延髓背外侧综合征属中医"眩晕"范畴,气血亏虚、髓海空虚、肝肾不足所致多属虚证;痰浊中阻、瘀血阻络、肝阳上亢所致多属实证。针药并用可扩张血管、改善血管收缩状态、调节缩血管因子与舒血管因子平衡、促进血管内皮细胞功能恢复。
Wallenberg syndrome belong to ‘vertigo＇ category of traditional Chinese medicine, Qi and blood deficiency, medullary sea empty, liver and kidney insufficiency vertigo caused much deficiency syndrome; Phlegm turbidity resistance, the resistance to blood stasis in the collaterals, liver Yang syndrone caused dizziness belong to empirical. Needle medicine can dilate blood vessels, improve vascular contraction state, adjust the shrinkage factor and shu vascular factor, promote the balance of vascular endothelial cell function recovery.
