润秘汤治疗功能性便秘120例临床观察

Run-mi Decoction in Treating Functional Constipation Clinical Observation of 108 Cases

[目的]观察润秘汤治疗功能性便秘疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对120例使用润秘汤(肉苁蓉、槟榔各25g,柴胡、栀子各15g,当归25g,火麻仁、决明子、甘草各15g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、大便性状、不良反应。连续治疗5疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效103例,有效13例,无效4例,总有效率96.70%。[结论]润秘汤治疗功能性便秘,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Run-mi Decoction in treating Functional Constipation. [Methods] Using a prospective design method,120 patients with lip secret soup（Rou Congrong,Betel nut 25g,bupleurum root,gardenia 15g,angelica 25g,hemp seed,cassia seed,licorice,15g）,1 doses of /d, water simmer in water 300mL,sooner or later oral. Continuous treatment for 2 weeks as 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. Continuous 5 courses of treatment,the curative effect. [Results] 103 cases markedly effective,13 cases effective,4cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 96.7%. [Conclusion] Run-mi Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation,satisfied with the effect,no side effect,is worth promoting.
