舒心汤治疗更年期不寐随机平行对照研究

Shuxin Soup Menopause Insomnia Treated Pleasant Parallel Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察舒心汤治疗更年期不寐疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例振源胶囊2粒/次,3次/d。治疗组30例舒心汤（当归、柴胡各15g,炙甘草10g,茯苓15g,生姜10g,黄连6g,肉桂3g,白芍15g,龙骨、牡蛎、酸枣仁、夜交藤各30g）,1剂/d,水煎450mL,早中晚温服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表、睡眠时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访6-12个月,60例患者均获得随访。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效7例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈5例,显效7例,有效8例,无效10例,总有效率66.67%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组PQSI积分均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]舒心汤治疗更年期不寐效果显著,值得在临床上广泛推广。

[Objective] To observe the Shuxin soup treatment of menopausal insomnia treatment. [Method] random parallel control method,60 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 30 patients Zhenyuan capsule 2 / time,3 times / d. Treatment group of 30 patients pleasant soup（Angelica, Radix each 15g,licorice 10g,Poria 15g,ginger 10g,Coptis 6g,cinnamon 3g,white peony root 15g,keel, oysters,Semen,Caulis each 30g）,1 dose/ d,decoction 450mL,early in the evening,warm clothes. 30d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale,adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. Followed for 6 to 12 months,60 patients were followed up. [Results] The cure 18 cases,7 cases were markedly effective in 3 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%. The control group recovered five cases,7 cases were markedly effective in 8 cases,10 cases,the total efficiency 66.67%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group（P〈0. 05）. PQSI two points were improved（P〈0. 05）,the treatment group than the control group（P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] Menopause Insomnia Treated pleasant effect is significant,it is widely in clinical practice.
