益气消滞汤联合西药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫随机平行对照研究

Diabetic Gastroparesis Randomized Parallel Group Study Yiqi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine Xiaozhi

[目的]观察自拟益气消滞汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组45例二甲双胍0.25g/次,2-3次/d,根据疗效逐渐加量;莫沙必利10mg/次,3次/d,餐后30min口服。治疗组45例自拟益气消滞汤加减（党参15g,白术12g,茯苓10g,泽泻、桂枝各6g,炒枳实、陈皮、法半夏、瓜蒌、生姜各10g,炙甘草6g）,水煎200mL,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃排空率、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效31例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率96.32%。对照组显效22例,有效13例,无效10例,总有效率77.78%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。胃排空率治疗组治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]自拟益气消滞汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效显著,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the intended effect of Yiqi Xiaozhi treated diabetic gastroparesis stomach. [Methods] Random parallel control method,90 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 45 patients metformin hydrochloride tablets 0.25g / time,2 to 3 times / d, based on efficacy and gradually increase the volume. Mosapride 10mg / time,3 times / d,orally 30min after the meal. Treatment group of 45 patients from Yiqi decoction Xiaozhi（Codonopsis 15g,Bai Zhu 12g,Poria 10g, Alisma,Guizhi 6g,fried citrus aurantium,Citrus,France Pinellia,Melon,ginger 10g,licorice 6g）, decoction 200mL,morning and evening,warm clothes;western medicine with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,gastric emptying rate and adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] 31 cases markedly effective,12 cases effective,2 cases no effective,the total efficiency of 96.32%. The control group 22 cases markedly effective, effective in 13 cases,10 cases no effective,the total efficiency of 77.78%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0. 05）. Gastric emptying rate group treatment group than the control group（P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] Self Qi Xiaozhi Treated diabetic gastroparesis,should be popularized in clinical practice.
