乌贝散合四逆散联合西药治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎随机平行对照研究

Wubei Powder and Four Inverse Scattered Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察乌贝散合四逆散联合西药治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将78例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组39例雷贝拉唑,10mg/次,2次/d,口服;阿莫西林,1g/次,2次/d,口服;克拉霉素,0.5g/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组39例乌贝散合四逆散(海螵蛸、浙贝、白及各10g,柴胡、枳实各6g,白芍10g,甘草6g,茯苓10g,夏枯草、蒲公英各20g,厚朴12g,延胡10g),剂型采用广东一方制药配方颗粒,1剂/d,开水溶化,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜状况、HP根除率、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效19例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率92.31%。对照组显效15例,有效13例,无效11例,总有效率71.79%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。HP根除率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]乌贝散合四逆散联合西药治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the Wubei powder and four inverse scattered combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic erosive gastritis. [Methods] Using randomized controlled Methods,will be divided into two groups according to the random number table,78 cases of hospitalized patients. A control group of 39 cases with 10mg/ ray Bella,again,2 times /d,oral. Amoxicillin,1g/,2 /d,oral. Clarithromycin,0.5g/, 2 /d,oral. The treatment group of 39 cases Wubei powder and four inverse scattered（Haipiaoxiao,Zhebei, Baiji each 10g,Chaihu,Jishi each 6g,Baishao 10g,Gancao 6g,Fuling 10g,Xiakucao,Pugongying each 20g,Houbu 12g,Yanhu 10g）,forms the Guangdong party pharmaceutical granules,1 doses of /d,boiling water melting,sooner or later oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,HP eradication rate,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect. 19 cases of group therapy. [Results] 17 cases were effective,3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 92.31%. 15 cases of control group,13 cases effective,11 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 71.79%. The treatment group was better than control group（P〈0. 05）. The HP eradication rate in treatment group than in control group（P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] Wubei powder and four inverse scattered combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic erosive gastritis effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
