补阳还五汤联合西药治疗动脉硬化性脑梗塞随机平行对照研究

Ultimately Also Five Soup Combined Western Medicine in Treatment of Atherosclerosis Cerebral Infarction Random Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察补阳还五汤联合西药治疗动脉硬化性脑梗塞疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组25例常规吸氧、控制血压、降低颅内压、抗血小板凝聚、神经营养及纠正水电解质紊乱等。治疗组25例补阳还五汤(黄芪60g,川芎、桃仁各10g,当归12g,红花9g,地龙10g,赤芍9g,丹参30g;体倦神疲、自汗气短加三七、白附子、鹿茸各5g;心烦、失眠者加山栀子5g,酸枣仁10g;痰湿加半夏、苍术各10g;肢体麻木加木瓜、熟地各15g)。1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈5例,显效8例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率88.00%。对照组痊愈1例,显效6例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率68.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。神经功能缺损评分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补阳还五汤联合西药治疗动脉硬化性脑梗塞效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the tonifying Yang also five decoction combined western medicine in treatment of atherosclerosis cerebral infarction curative effect. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,50 patients hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. Control group of 25 cases of conventional western medicine treatment,including conventional oxygen,control of blood pressure,reduce the intracranial pressure,anti-platelet aggregation and nerve nutrition and water electrolyte disorder and other symptomatic treatment. Treatment group（25 cases of tonifying Yang also five decoction（Hangqi 60g,Chuanqiong,Taoren each 10g,Danggui 12g,Honghua 9g,Dilong 10g,Chishao 9g,Danshen 30g;god body tired weakness,spontaneous perspiration,shortness of breath and Sanqi,Baifuzi,Lurong antler 5g;upset,sleepless and Sahnzhizi 5g,Suanzaoren10g;phlegmy wet pinellia tuber andBanxia,Cangzhu every 10g;numbness and mugua,Shudi each 15g）. 1/d,boiling water 400 ml,oral sooner or later. Western medicine treatment with the control group. 15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,neural function defect scale,adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Results] the treatment group healed in 5 cases,8 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 88.00%. The control group recovered in 1 case,6 cases had marked effect,10 cases were effective,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 68.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Neural function defect scale in the two groups were improved（P〈0.05）,the treatment group is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Tonifying Yang also five decoction combined western medicine in treatment of atherosclerosis cerebral infarction effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
