[Objective]To observe the adr mentioned thrombosis through joint curative effect for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,100 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. In the control group of 50 cases with conventional treatment, the conventional lipid, brain protection and antiplatelet agents, dehydration of cranial pressure so as to reduce the cranial pressure. Adr mentioned 30 mg+5% of the 100 ml saline,2 times/d,static drops. Treatment group(50 cases of 300 mg of blood clots injection + 250 ml of 5% saline,1/d,static drops. Continuous treatment of 14 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,NIHSS score, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [Results] the treatment group(18 cases cured,22 cases were markedly effective, effective 9 cases, ineffective in 1 case, deteriorating 0 cases, total effective rate was 98.00%. Control group cure 6 cases,7 cases,24 cases effectively, invalid 11 cases and worse in 2 cases, total effective rate was 74.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P〈0.05). NIHSS score has improved the two groups(P〈0.05), the treatment group improved better than that of control group(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]Thrombosis through joint the adr in treatment of acute cerebral infarction effect is remarkable,is superior to conventional therapy, worthy of promotion of use.
