摘要
腰椎管狭窄是一种常见病,通过临床、影像学检查确定病情,注意与血栓闭塞性脉管炎、腰椎间盘突出症、梨状肌综合征、马尾神经瘤、硬膜外粘连及蛛网膜炎相鉴别;可推拿手法、药物、物理疗法、休息及锻炼和手术治疗,解除椎管压力、消除无菌性炎症及松弛黏连。
Objective：Lumbar spinal stenosis is a common disease,by clinical examination,inspection, deterMine the effect of differential diagnosis of disease,non operation（manual therapy,drug therapy, physical therapy,rest and exercise）and operation treatment,relieve pressure,eliminate inflammation of spinal canal and relaxation of aseptic adhesions.
