糖尿病胃轻瘫是糖尿病常见并发症之一,严重影响患者整体治疗,是临床亟待解决的问题。从病因病机、常用取穴等几方面进行分析,单纯针刺治疗或配合药物治疗显示一定优势。

Diabetic gastroparesis is one of the common complications of diabetes mellitus,the overall treatment of patients with serious influence,is a clinical problem. The analysis we from the pathogenesis, commonly used acupoints and other aspects,acupuncture alone or combined with drug therapy showed some advantages,is worthy of further study and clinical application.
