胡舒肝散治疗功能性消化不良随机平行对照研究

Chaihu Shugan Powder Functional Dyspepsia Randomized Controlled Trial of Treatment

[目的]观察柴胡舒肝散治疗功能性消化不良疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组。对照组30例曲美布汀,0.1mg/次,3次/d,口服,法莫替丁,20mg/次,2次/d,饭前半小时口服。治疗组30例柴胡疏肝散(柴胡15g,枳壳9g,白芍、白术、茯苓、川芎各12g,制香附、乌药各9g,合欢皮12g,炙甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服。反酸水加乌贼骨、左金丸;恶心、呕吐加二陈汤;呃逆嗳气加柿蒂、代赭石;胃脘胀满加焦三仙、莱菔子;疼痛重加元胡、川楝子;阴虚加生地、沙参、麦冬;虚寒加炮姜、黄芪;热证明显加川连、公英;瘀阻不通加五灵脂、九香虫。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈19例,显效5例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈18例,显效3例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率86.70%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡舒肝散治疗功能性消化不良,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Acid reflux water and cuttlefish bone, nausea, vomiting and two Zuo Jinwan;Chen Tang; hiccup belch and persimmon, red ocher; epigastric fullness coke Sanxian, semen Raphani ; pain is severeand Rhizoma Corydalis, Kawa Ko ; Yin deficiency and raw land, radix, Radix Ophiopogonis; cold and fresh ginger, astragalus; heat syndrome was added in, even the British public ; stasis resistance barrier and trogopterus dung, nine pest. Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group cured 19 cases, effective in 5 cases, effective 3 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total efficiency of 90%. The control group 18 cases were cured, 3 cases markedly effective, effective 5 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency of 86.70%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, satisfied with the effect, no side effect, is worth pushing.
