穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎随机平行对照研究

Acupoint Sticking Therapy of Pediatric Pneumonia and Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组50例,补液、抗炎、纠正电解质紊乱、维持酸碱平衡及保肝保心等对症支持治疗。治疗组50例穴位贴敷,神阙贴,贴于膻中穴、肺俞穴、神阙穴、天突穴。据年龄及耐受程度,贴敷1-3.5h,隔日贴敷1次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗8d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈38例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率98.00%。对照组痊愈25例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 100 cases of clinic patients into two groups according to random number table method. Control group of 50 cases of routine comprehensive treatment, rehydration, anti-inflammatory, correct electrolyte disorder, maintaining acid-base balance, protect liver to protect heart support therapy, etc. Treatment group （ 50 cases, CV 8 post, post hole in shan, lungs, CV 8 point, days of shenshu point acupuncture point. According to the age and the degree of tolerance, attach 1 - 3.5 h, apply 1 day. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 8 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group 38 cases cured, effective in 11 cases, 1 had no effect, total effective rate was 98.00%. Control group cure 25 cases, 15 cases, 10 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 80.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈O.05 ） . [Conclusion ] Acupoint sticking therapy of pediatric pneumonia effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
