降尿酸汤联合开郁清热法治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察降尿酸汤联合开郁清热法治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组50例常规西药抗糖尿病治疗及别嘌呤片,100mg/次,2次/d。治疗组50例辨证分型;降尿酸汤（薏苡仁、土茯苓各30g,车前子、萆薢各20g,山慈菇、怀牛膝各15g,威灵仙、川杜仲各10g,大黄5g）;1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。肝胃郁热证,开郁清热,大柴胡汤;阴虚燥热证,六味地黄汤;据劳动强度及体型控制主食量,休息或者超标准体重250-300g;一般劳动300-350g;重体力劳动400-500g。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、UA、BUN、Cr、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效29例,有效19例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组显效22例,有效16例,无效12例,总有效率76.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.051）。[结论]降尿酸汤联合开郁清热法治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症效果显著,值得推广。

[ Results ]the treatment group 29 cases were markedly effective, effective 19 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 96.00%. Control group 22 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 cases, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 76.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Uric acid drop soup of joint treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and high uric acid hematic disease effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
