中医肾区透药疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭多中心随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察中医肾区透药疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将160例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组80例常规治疗,优质低蛋白、低盐、低磷、低脂、高热量饮食;纠正水、电解质、酸碱平衡失调、纠正钙磷代谢紊乱,禁用肾毒性药物;高血压、感染等并发症降压、抗感染等对症治疗。治疗组80例中医肾区透药疗法,泻肝益肾散(龙胆、黄芩、栀子各12g,连翘18g,当归、泽泻、茯苓各10g);磨粉包袋,10g/包。加食用醋加热后放两肾区,双肾区外用透药治疗,30min/次,2次/d。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效25例,有效20例,稳定16例,无效19例,总有效率76.25%。对照组显效10例,有效10例,稳定25例,无效35例,总有效率56.25%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医肾区透药疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭效果显著,值得推广。

Correct water, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders, correct the calcium phosphorus metabolism disorders, renal toxicity of banned drugs. Generation of acid, high blood pressure, combined with western medicine, infection and other complications were given full acid, step-down, resistance to infection and other symptomatic treatment. Treatment group of 80 cases of renal area through medicine of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, purging liver benefit kidney scattered （Longdan, Huangqi, Zhizi 12g, Lianqiaol8g, Danggui, Zexie, Fuling, 10 g） ;Flour bags, 10g/bag. Add vinegar put two kidney after heating area, double kidney zone with medicine treatment, 30 min/times, 2 times/d. Continuous treatment of 90 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect.[ Results ] the treatment group 25 cases were markedly effective, effective 20 cases, stability in 16 cases, 19 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 76.25%. 10 cases of control group 10 cases were markedly effective, effective, stable and 25 cases, 35 cases, total effective rate was 56.25%. The treatment group curati, e effect is better than that of control group （ P〈O.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] TCm kidney through drug therapy for chr.nic renal failure effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
