济川煎加味治疗中老年功能性便秘(虚秘)随机平行对照研究

Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Elderly Functional Constipation with Modified Jichuanjian Decoction Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察济川煎加味治疗中老年功能性便秘(虚秘)疗效。[方法]将40例45岁以上确诊为功能性便秘(虚秘)的住院患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组20例,济川煎(当归20g,牛膝12g,肉苁蓉15g,泽泻12g,枳壳、升麻各3g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚分服。治疗组20例,济川煎加黄芪15g,白术12g,1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚分服。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、大便性状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈5例,显效12例,无效3例,总有效率85.00%。对照组痊愈4例,显效10例,无效6例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]济川煎加味治疗中老年功能性便秘(虚秘),疗效满意,无副作用。

[ Objective ] To observe the curative effect of Jichuanjian Decoction Jiawei on functional constipation. [ Methods ] 40 patients over the age of 45 of functional constipation patients, according to the inpatient number were divided into the treatment group of 20 cases, give Jichuanjian Decoction decoction, and 20 cases of control group, give original Jichuanjian.Observed improvements in constipation 3 weeks later. [ Results ] After drug withdrawal, the total effective rate of treatment group 85%, the control group the total efficiency of 70%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] 2 groups have certain therapeutic effect, Jekawa Kami obvious treatment effect, easily accepted by patients.
